§ 1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders that you, as a consumer, place via nordsystem-shop.com with the seller Nord System s.r.o. (trading as NORD SYSTEM).

§ 2 Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Nord System s.r.o., Milíčova 471/25, 130 00 Prague 3, IČO 245 23 640. By clicking „Complete order" you submit a binding order. We confirm receipt of the order by email. Acceptance takes place through a separate order confirmation or by shipping the goods.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are €6.90 within the EU. We ship free of charge from an order value of €120.

§ 4 Delivery

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Czech Republic. Delivery time: 1–3 business days in DACH, 3–6 business days in the rest of the EU. Shipped via DHL from Vienna.

§ 5 Payment

We accept: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Klarna (Sofortüberweisung, invoice, instalments) and SEPA bank transfer. For SEPA bank transfer, shipping takes place only after payment has been received.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 30-day right of withdrawal (extended beyond the statutory 14 days as a voluntary addition). The detailed right of withdrawal information is available on a separate page.

§ 7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. For electronic objects we additionally grant a 24-month manufacturer warranty.

§ 8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and pursuant to the provisions of the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

§ 9 Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

Czech law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this only applies insofar as mandatory legal provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence are not restricted.

§ 11 Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
